If you are looking for answers to any of these types of schedule-related questions:

  • Do I need to hire more people? How much overtime will it require? Do I have enough people to cover vacations and other absences?

  • Can I achieve my desired coverage with a different schedule? Can I do it without relying on overtime?

  • We want to change to 10-hour shifts. Do we have enough employees to have three people show up on every shift?

  • Here are the coverage requirements for my 8 employees. Can it be done? What if I wanted 8-hour fixed shifts? 10-hour shifts?

  • What schedule changes would give my employees more weekends off?

We can help! Our schedule feasibility analysis will tell you whether you have enough people or whether it's possible to accomplish what you want. Best of all, it's quick and it's free! We won't design a new schedule for you, but we will explain your options and make suggestions as to which direction makes most sense.

All you have to do is describe your situation and what you'd like to accomplish with your schedule. Simply tell us:

  • Coverage requirements (for example, we work 24/7 and we need 4 people on weekdays and 3 people on weekends)

  • Shift length (8, 10 or 12 hours)

  • Fixed or rotating shifts

  • Staffing levels (how many employees you currently have)

  • Preferred schedule features (for example, we want at least 2 weekends off every month)

We'll tell you if it's possible, or what changes are necessary to make it feasible. And we won't charge you a dime! Naturally, we hope that someday you'll call us to design a schedule for you. And this is the best way for you to get to know us and to sample our expertise.
